1.About NEXTMRKT
What is NEXTMRKT?
NEXTMRKT is a trusted network where screened buyers and screened suppliers go from RFQ to quote in one place. Buyers post RFQs (requests for quote) describing what they need, suppliers respond with quotes, and buyers compare those quotes side by side. Specs, attachments, questions and awards all stay together instead of scattered across email threads.
Who is it for?
Small and mid-sized consumer packaged goods and food and beverage manufacturers looking for new suppliers, and the suppliers who serve them.
How does screening work?
Every company is reviewed before it gets in, buyers included. We look at who you are and whether the business is what it says it is. Suppliers must, at a minimum, show up in the business registry of the state they name.
Being approved means a company passed our review. It isn't a certification or a guarantee, so do the checks you'd normally do before placing an order.
2.Joining
How do I get access?
NEXTMRKT is in Early Release, and access is by request. Fill in the Request access form with your name, work email, company, website and what you buy or supply.
We review your request, usually within a few business days, and may follow up with a few questions. If it's a fit, you'll get an email with a link to create your account.
Can my company buy and sell?
Yes. Choose Both under “I am a” when you request access. To add the other side later, a company admin goes to Company Admin → Company Settings. Buying turns on after two quick questions. Selling is reviewed first, usually within a few business days.
Someone sent me an invite link. What do I do?
- Open the link and enter your work email.
- Choose Send my invitation. An email arrives within a minute or two.
- In that email, choose Create your account and sign up with the same address.
If the page says This link isn't active, the link has expired or already been used. Request access instead and mention how you heard about us.
A colleague invited me to their company. What do I do?
Open the email “You're invited to join (company) on NEXTMRKT” and choose Accept invitation. Create your account, or sign in if you already have one, using the address the invite was sent to. Then choose Accept invite.
Team invites expire after a week. If yours has, ask whoever invited you to send a new one.
3.Getting into your account
I didn't get my invitation or approval email.
Give it a few minutes, then check your spam or junk folder. Our emails come from nextmrkt.com: invitations and approvals from customercare@nextmrkt.com, and activity updates from notifications@nextmrkt.com. Adding both to your contacts helps them reach your inbox.
Still nothing? For a team invite, ask your company's admin to send a new one. Otherwise, email customercare@nextmrkt.com and we'll resend it.
My link has expired or says it isn't active.
- Team invite: ask your company's admin to send a new one.
- Approval email: email customercare@nextmrkt.com and we'll send a fresh link.
- Invite link someone shared: request access instead.
If it says the link was already used, your account probably exists. Sign in instead.
It says I'm signed in with the wrong account.
An invitation only works for the email address it was sent to. Choose Sign out and switch account, then sign in or sign up with the invited address and open the link again.
I can't sign in, or I forgot my password.
Go to Sign in and use the email address you registered with. If you've forgotten your password, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in form and follow the email we send.
If the sign-in form doesn't appear, or you see “Unable to load sign-in”, refresh the page. Ad blockers and strict privacy extensions can stop the form from loading, so try turning them off for nextmrkt.com or using another browser.
Still stuck? Email customercare@nextmrkt.com from the address on your account.
Where do I sign up?
During Early Release, accounts are created from an invitation we email you, so there's no open sign-up. Request access and we'll be in touch.
It says my email address is already in use.
An email address can belong to one company at a time. If you need to move to a different company, email customercare@nextmrkt.com and we'll help.
4.Pricing
What does it cost to buy on NEXTMRKT?
Nothing. Buying is free, with no trial and no end date, and we don’t ask for a card unless you buy extra seats or extra RFQs.
The free buyer plan includes 25 active RFQs at a time and 10 seats. Beyond 10 seats, additional seats are $30 per seat per month, added on the Billing page. Active means open or under review; drafts don’t count. If you need more, add 25 more active RFQs for a one-time, non-refundable $25 plus applicable sales tax on the Billing page, or ask us and we’ll raise the cap.
What does Supplier Basic cost?
$150 per month, or $1,620 per year ($135/month, a 10% saving for paying annually).
Both include 2 seats. Additional seats are $25 per seat per month on either plan, and always bill monthly, so you only pay for the months you hold a seat.
There is no connection fee and no transaction fee. We don’t take a cut of what you sell.
What is the founding member rate?
Suppliers who enroll during Early Release pay $125 per month or $1,350 per year ($112.50/month) instead of the standard rate. That’s 10% off, held for 12 billing cycles.
Founding members add a card at signup and pay nothing until the first charge on December 1, 2026. The founding member term ends November 30, 2027. After that the plan renews at the standard rate at the time: $150/month or $1,620/year at today’s prices. We’ll email you before your rate changes.
Do prices include tax?
No. Where we collect sales tax, it’s added based on your billing address and shown as a separate line on your invoice.
