1.Overview
This Cookie Policy explains how NEXTMRKT and its service providers use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies (collectively, "cookies") in the Services. Cookies are small data files or identifiers used by websites and applications to recognize a browser or device and support functionality.
2.Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary cookies
These support authentication, session continuity, load balancing, fraud prevention, security, consent records, and core features. The Services may not function properly without them. Clerk or other authentication providers may set some of these cookies.
Functional cookies
These remember preferences such as interface choices, organization context, and other settings that improve the experience.
Website analytics
On our public website pages (not inside the signed-in Services), NEXTMRKT measures visits to understand how people find and use the site. We count page views, where a visit came from (for example a search engine, social network, or campaign link), clicks on main buttons, and whether the request-access form was started or submitted. We store these only as daily totals. We do not use cookies for this, and we do not record your IP address, a visitor identifier, or anything you type into forms. The site keeps the first page and source of your visit in your browser's session storage, which your browser deletes when you close the tab, so that an access request can record how you found us. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that counts page views and measures page speed.
Payment and embedded-service cookies
Stripe and other embedded providers may use cookies or similar technologies to process payments, prevent fraud, and deliver their services. Their privacy and cookie notices govern their independent use.
Advertising cookies
NEXTMRKT does not currently use the authenticated Early Release Services for third-party behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices.
3.Your Choices
You can control many cookies through browser settings and any cookie preference tool we make available. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login, security, payments, or other core functions. Browser controls may not affect all local storage or similar technologies, and settings may need to be applied on each browser and device.
4.Do Not Track and Global Signals
Because standards for browser 'Do Not Track' signals remain inconsistent, the Services may not respond to those signals. Our own website analytics does not run when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, we will process supported signals as required.
5.Retention
Cookie duration varies. Session cookies generally expire when a session ends, while persistent cookies remain until their stated expiration or deletion. Security, consent, and transaction-related records derived from cookies may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
6.Updates and Contact
We may update this Policy as technologies and practices change. Questions may be sent to customercare@nextmrkt.com.
