1.Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of NEXTMRKT's Services, including accounts, profiles, RFQs, quotes, messages, attachments, integrations, and automated access. Violations may result in content removal, limits, suspension, termination, or legal action.
2.Illegal or Harmful Activity
You may not use the Services to violate law or facilitate harm, including fraud, bribery, corruption, money laundering, sanctions evasion, export-control violations, theft, counterfeiting, trafficking, threats, harassment, or unlawful discrimination.
You may not offer, request, or facilitate products or services that are illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unlawfully hazardous, subject to prohibited trade restrictions, or otherwise not lawfully marketable in the applicable jurisdiction.
3.Fraud, Deception, and Marketplace Abuse
- Do not impersonate a person or business or misstate authority, credentials, certifications, capabilities, location, pricing, demand, supply, or intent.
- Do not create sham RFQs or quotes, manipulate bids, collude, submit spam responses, or obtain competitive information without a legitimate sourcing purpose.
- Do not evade disclosed fees through deliberate circumvention of platform-introduced relationships or opportunities.
- Do not misuse invitations, contact information, or messages for unrelated solicitation or lead harvesting.
4.Security and Technical Abuse
- Do not probe, scan, test, bypass, or defeat security, authentication, authorization, rate limits, or usage controls without written permission.
- Do not introduce malware, harmful code, destructive content, or mechanisms intended to exfiltrate data or disrupt users or systems.
- Do not access accounts, data, attachments, or systems without authorization or help others do so.
- Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, benchmark, reverse engineer, or use automated tools except through functionality or interfaces NEXTMRKT expressly permits.
- Do not interfere with availability, overload infrastructure, manipulate logs, or conceal the source of malicious activity.
5.Content and Communications
- Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, or contractual rights.
- Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, hateful, or intentionally misleading content.
- Do not send spam, deceptive commercial messages, chain messages, or communications that violate consent or opt-out requirements.
- Do not upload secrets, personal information, regulated data, or export-controlled material unless you are authorized and NEXTMRKT has agreed the Services are appropriate for it.
6.Fair Access and Competitive Use
You may use marketplace information only for legitimate business sourcing and transactions. You may not resell platform data, build competing databases from it, train models on nonpublic User Content without authorization, or use confidential bids or specifications to unfairly disadvantage another user.
7.Enforcement and Reporting
NEXTMRKT may investigate suspected violations and preserve or disclose information as permitted by law. We may remove content, restrict features, close RFQs, withdraw quotes, suspend or terminate accounts, and notify affected users or authorities.
Report suspected abuse to customercare@nextmrkt.com with relevant details. Do not conduct intrusive testing or retaliation while reporting an issue.
